I already noticed how the installation program for Copenhagen didn't even manage to find my P3Dv2 installation and at the same time the new version of Copenhagen is said to support not only P3Dv2 but even version 3 and it's not even able to find version 2. MEGA understands the importance of keeping data and conversations private.

I'm now off installing Copenhagen but this time lesson learned from installing this scenery I won't select any of the options during installation such as download and install the configurator and libraries, add the scenery to the library etc but will instead perform all these steps manually trying to avoid my P3D installation taking a hit from your faulty installers. If you don't have the knowledge you need to ask someone for help because this really isn't OK IMHO. Seriously guys.your scenery rocks as I've said in here before but releasing a payware product that won't be able to successfully install and informing customers they should expect error messages during the installation etc.this is not cool for a payware product and I really think you should go back to the drawing board and write an installation program that will perform without any issues. In the end I had to force the installation program to quit and then when I finally was able to launch P3D myself I received yet another error message saying the aircraft in the saved flight couldn't be loaded and that the default situation would be used instead. In my case it wasn't just a single error message I could click away but I got various issues after installation with error messages about corrupt files, P3D trying to start automatically multiple times while the installation program was still running in the background etc. I guess what I experienced was related to what you say about P3Dv2 users should expect to receive an error message when the installation program tries adding the scenery to the library but apparently not able to. If you have trouble finding your original order emails or the download links have expired, please email us with your Name and Email used at the time of purchase, as well as the products you ordered. Please note that these new versions are only available as "Full-Installers" which need to be re-downloaded from the store they were originally purchased at. This error indicates that the new Scenery was not added to the Scenery Library and you have to add it by manually (Menu: World - Scenery Library) Prepar3d V2: These new versions will work with Prepar3D V2, however at the end of the installation you will see an error message which you can ignore. The new default Installation Folder for all airports is /FlyTampa/AirportName/. Additionally you can delete the old files by removing /Addon Scenery/FlyTampa-Airport/.
